Refunds, Return, and Exchange Policy
• We do not accept returns of our products. Bottled water is a food product, to ensure safety in consumption we cannot resell returned product.
• Damaged or Incorrect orders: If your order arrives damaged or is not the product you purchased please contact us and we will either replace the damaged product or offer you a equal value credit for a future purchase at indivi.com.
• Quality issues: If you believe there is a quality issue with your indivi product, save your bottle(s) as it has a date imprinted on the bottle that will help us identify the production date. Contact us immediately at indivi.com and we will address your concerns.
• We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
